- Must have 10+ years hands‑on Microsoft Dynamics CRM design and development experience
- Well‑versed with the overall technical architecture of Dynamics CRM
- Experience of functional and technical design documentation for deploying Dynamics CRM solutions
- Strong functional and technical understanding of D365 Sales, Customer Service and Field Service modules
- Must have led the design and development of Dynamics CRM modules and lead a project team
- Well‑versed with different versions of .NET Framework, C# programming, Dynamics CRM SDK, SQL Server, SSIS or SSRS
- Hands‑on experience on Power Platform – must have created model‑driven apps, flows and canvas apps
- Excellent communication skills and should be able to interface with business and IT stakeholders
- Ability to establish priorities, work independently and lead development of Dynamics CRM solution
