• Lead the integration and implementation of ERP systems, ensuring seamless alignment with organizational goals.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and document business requirements for ERP solutions.
• Develop and execute strategies for change management during ERP system transitions.
• Utilize Advanced Business Application Programming (ABAP) to optimize ERP functionalities.
• Oversee the deployment and customization of Epicor, Oracle Net Suite, and Dynamics 365 Business Central.
• Troubleshoot and resolve integration challenges to maintain system efficiency.
• Establish best practices and standards for ERP system usage and integration.
• Provide technical expertise and guidance to team members and other departments.
• Conduct regular system evaluations to identify opportunities for improvement.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory and organizational policies throughout ERP implementation.

• Proven experience with Advanced Business Application Programming (ABAP).
• Hands‑on expertise in Epicor ERP systems.
• Strong knowledge of Oracle Net Suite and Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central.
• Familiarity with drafting and interpreting Business Requirement Documents.
• Demonstrated ability to lead change management initiatives.
• Solid understanding of ERP integration processes and methodologies.
• Excellent problem‑solving and analytical skills.
• Strong communication skills to effectively collaborate with cross‑functional teams.
