We are seeking a Senior Client Partner to lead strategic client relationships in the Oil & Gas sector. This role is responsible for driving business growth, ensuring delivery excellence, and enabling multi-year transformation initiatives. The ideal candidate will combine strategic leadership, operational governance, and commercial acumen to deliver measurable business outcomes.
Key Responsibilities- Serve as the primary point of accountability for client satisfaction and engagement health.
- Build trusted relationships with senior client stakeholders to influence IT and business transformation roadmaps.
- Lead strategic pursuits, RFP responses, and solution presentations in collaboration with internal teams.
- Develop and execute multi-year transformation strategies aligned with customer priorities.
- Drive cross-sell and up-sell opportunities across service lines (Applications, Infrastructure, Cloud, Data, Digital).
- Oversee global managed services programs ensuring SLA adherence and operational excellence.
- Manage account P&L, ensuring revenue predictability and profitability.
- Mentor and develop account teams to strengthen domain and customer engagement capabilities.
- 20+ years of experience in IT Services organizations.
- Proven track record of achieving significant annual bookings and managing large TCV accounts.
- 10–15 years of delivery experience managing global teams and multi-tower programs.
- 5–10 years in a Client Partner or equivalent role with P&L ownership.
- Strong commercial and solution validation skills.
- Ability to engage effectively with senior leadership and drive strategic conversations.
- Experience in Oil & Gas or Energy sector preferred.
