AI/ML Architect (Standard) with skills AI/ML Development, Power BI, Snowflake, SQL, Tensor Flow, Pytorch, GenAI Fundamentals for location Any Infogain Base Location (Noida, Gurugram, Bangalore, Mumbai, Pune)

The AI Engineer & Architect will design, build, and optimize AI solutions that improve decision-making across the organization. This role blends technical engineering with business understanding, ensuring AI models are accurate, scalable, and aligned with company strategy. Strong communication and presentation skills are essential, as this role works closely with leaders and cross‑functional teams.

• Develop and refine AI models using Snowflake Cortex, RAG, and Power BI Copilot.
• Measure and improve model performance, accuracy, and reliability.
• Validate SQL code, DAX formulas, and Power BI semantic models to ensure metric accuracy.
• Support strategic decision‑making by presenting insights clearly to leadership.
• Track, triage, and resolve user questions related to AI tools and dashboards.
• Drive adoption of AI solutions and help users understand model outputs.
• Design AI architecture and best practices for scalable, high‑quality solutions.
• Partner with cross‑functional teams to manage AI‑related projects and deliver results on time.

• Strong understanding of AI systems: RAG, ChatGPT, Snowflake Cortex, Power BI Copilot.
• Advanced SQL and experience writing/validating code in Snowflake.
• Proficiency with Power BI, DAX, and data modeling.
• Skills in Python, Excel, and data exploration.
• Strong data analytics and storytelling abilities.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder engagement skills.
• Techno‑functional mindset with the ability to bridge business and technical teams.
• Project management experience is a plus.
• Experience in QSR, restaurant, or retail analytics preferred.
• Strong experience in architecting and designing AI/ML solutions for large‑scale projects.
• Expertise in building scalable, maintainable, and performant AI/ML architectures.
• Experience in defining and implementing software development processes and best practices.
• Familiarity with frontend technologies and design systems.
• Experience in leading teams of AI/ML developers and providing technical guidance.
• Strong understanding of AI/ML libraries and frameworks like Tensor Flow, Keras, PyTorch, etc.
