We are seeking an experienced IT Vendor Manager to join FCMB Pensions Limited and lead our external partner landscape during a period of rapid transformation.

• Build G-3 Chickadee's vendor governance model from scratch, including scorecards, SLAs, QBRs, and dashboards.
• Manage critical vendors across infrastructure, network, cybersecurity, SAP/ERP, MES, MSPs, and SaaS.
• Lead contract reviews, negotiations, renewals, and SOW development.
• Drive cost optimization, vendor consolidation, and financial reporting.
• Ensure vendor adherence to cybersecurity, compliance, and plant operational standards.
• Collaborate with Plant Ops, Supply Chain, EHS, R&D, and corporate leadership across multiple manufacturing sites.
• Support carve‑out activities, SAP modernization, and new environment stand‑up.

• 5+ years in IT operations, vendor management, or IT procurement.
• Strong understanding of IT contracts, SaaS licensing, and MSP models.
• Familiarity with SAP, MES, industrial networking, and plant‑floor technologies preferred.
• Experience in carve‑outs or Private Equity‑backed environments is a major plus.
• Highly organized, strong communicator, and relationship‑focused.
