Recruiter/ Creative & Marketing/ Connecting Talent with Opportunity/ Passionate About People & CultureThe Marketing Manager, Analytics & Technology will report to the Director of Integrated Marketing and should possess a deep understanding of both marketing technology and analytics tools. The person in this role will own the implementation, management, and optimization of data flow across technologies and the reporting tools, while supporting the marketing technology stacks of our clients. This role is ideal for a self-starter who thrives on using data to uncover insights that improve marketing ROI, campaign performance, and business impact — even when working with incomplete data or in ambiguous situations.
The ideal candidate has strong analytics skills (Python, SQL, Power BI) and can operate within marketing platforms to ensure proper tracking and attribution.
- Lead development of both client-facing and internal dashboards and reports to track marketing performance across channels using tools like Power
BI, Tableau, and Google Looker Studio - Analyze campaign performance, customer behavior, and marketing funnel data to make recommendations, enhance marketing ROI, and drive strategic decision-making
- Partner cross-functionally with Strategy, Brand, and Creative teams on the development of new campaigns by defining goals, establishing KPIs, and determining measurement methodologies
- Own integration of marketing data sources (e.g., website, CRM, email, media) for full-funnel reporting
- Develop & maintain reports to evaluate the impact of multi-channel marketing efforts and develop marketing attribution models to better understand customer journeys
- Automate data pipelines and improve marketing database structure to enable better forecasting and segmentation
- Play a key role in the strategy, implementation, and optimization of marketing data & maintain and optimize sales and marketing platforms (e.g., websites, landing pages), automated processes, integrations, and data flows across Mar Tech platforms
- Coordinate system integrations, develop process documentation, and facilitate user training to drive platform adoption
- Support the marketing team with campaign execution, including email programs, landing pages, A/B testing, and tracking implementation
- Ensure channels & systems maintain compliance with data privacy and security
- Manage and collaborate with the Marketing Operations Manager & Channel Managers to ensure accurate tracking and attribution setup (GTM, UTM structure, pixel management)
- Present in a clear, business-friendly manner to clients and internal teams
- Work cross-functionally to translate business goals into measurable analytics plans
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Computer Science or Information Technology, or related field
- 5-7 years of experience in marketing analytics, digital marketing operations, or similar
- Proficiency in Python, SQL, and Excel/Sheets for data wrangling and automation
- Proficiency in one or more data visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau, Google Looker Studio)
- Working knowledge of and experience with marketing automation and CRM tools
- Solid understanding of marketing KPIs, attribution models, and campaign performance metrics
- Strong analytical mindset and the ability to connect data to business impact
- Strong communication skills - able to distill complex data into actionable insights for non-technical stakeholders
- Must be a self-starter and detail-oriented, comfortable making decisions in ambiguous situations
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Experience collaborating on performance reporting and optimization
- Comfortable with basic HTML/CSS and email template structures
- Project management skills and an eye for process efficiency
- Must be available to be onsite at least three days a week
