Senior D365 Business Central Functional Consultant 155k Benefits – Remote (US-Based)
A Microsoft Gold Partner specialising in Dynamics 365 Business Central is looking for a seasoned Functional Consultant to join their growing team. This is an opportunity to work remotely with cutting-edge BC implementations across multiple industries, focusing on mid-market to enterprise clients in the US.
In this client-facing role, you’ll take ownership of full-cycle implementations, engaging directly with customers to streamline business processes and deliver robust, scalable solutions.
Responsibilities
- Lead discovery workshops and document business requirements
- Design and implement Business Central solutions across Finance, Supply Chain, and Inventory
- Configure and customise Business Central in alignment with client needs
- Deliver end-user training and post-implementation support
- Collaborate closely with technical teams and solution architects
- Contribute to pre-sales and proposal development as needed
- Build strong relationships with clients as a trusted advisor
Experience
- 5 years’ experience delivering D365 Business Central/NAV solutions
- Deep knowledge of BC core modules (Finance, Purchasing, Inventory, Sales)
- Experience across at least 2 full lifecycle implementations
- Strong consulting background with client-facing experience
- Microsoft Partner or VAR experience highly preferred
- Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills
- Microsoft certifications in Business Central are a strong plus
Salary
Base salary of 155,000 plus benefits including healthcare, 401(k), PTO, and continuous learning support.
Location
Remote within the US. Travel to client sites may be required and is fully reimbursed.
