• Implement and validate predictive and prescriptive models, create and maintain statistical models with a focus on big data, and incorporate machine learning techniques.
• Write programs to cleanse and integrate data efficiently and reproducibly.
• Work in an Agile, collaborative environment with data scientists, engineers, consultants, and database administrators across disciplines.
• Communicate with internal and external clients to understand business needs and define appropriate modeling techniques.
• Evaluate modeling results and communicate findings to technical and non‑technical audiences.

Bachelor’s Degree

• Strong fundamentals in Mathematics and Computer Science (algorithms).
• Proficiency in at least one statistical programming language (e.g., R, Python, Scala, SAS, SPSS, or MATLAB).
• Basic understanding or experience with predictive/prescriptive modeling.
• Strong technical and analytical abilities; experience with programming/scripting in languages such as Java or Python.
• Excellent problem‑solving skills, debugging, troubleshooting, and designing solutions to complex technical issues.
• Willingness to travel up to 100%.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills and teamwork mindset.
• Basic understanding of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, etc.).
• Familiarity with constructing usable data sets from multiple structured and unstructured data sources.
