Key Responsibilities- Implement and validate predictive and prescriptive models, create and maintain statistical models with a focus on big data, and incorporate machine learning techniques.
- Write programs to cleanse and integrate data efficiently and reproducibly.
- Work in an Agile, collaborative environment with data scientists, engineers, consultants, and database administrators across disciplines.
- Communicate with internal and external clients to understand business needs and define appropriate modeling techniques.
- Evaluate modeling results and communicate findings to technical and non‑technical audiences.

Bachelor’s Degree
Required Technical & Professional Expertise- Strong fundamentals in Mathematics and Computer Science (algorithms).
- Proficiency in at least one statistical programming language (e.g., R, Python, Scala, SAS, SPSS, or MATLAB).
- Basic understanding or experience with predictive/prescriptive modeling.
- Strong technical and analytical abilities; experience with programming/scripting in languages such as Java or Python.
- Excellent problem‑solving skills, debugging, troubleshooting, and designing solutions to complex technical issues.
- Willingness to travel up to 100%.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills and teamwork mindset.
- Basic understanding of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, etc.).
- Familiarity with constructing usable data sets from multiple structured and unstructured data sources.
