• Champion innovation within the SAP practice by developing SAP AI blueprints, technical reference material, data & AI/ML‑powered assets, and leveraging Joule for intelligent automation. Represent KPMG at external conferences to build market eminence.
• Lead business development: identify opportunities, craft proposals, and present integrated enterprise solutions that highlight SAP Joule/Business AI and its technical ecosystem—Joule Agents, SAP BTP, Business Data Cloud, integration with SAP Business Suite (S/4
  
  HANA & LoB solutions), and related tools—aligned with clients’ transformation objectives.
• Guide SAP‑centric AI tool selection and perform current‑state assessment to define the future‑state strategy, build the business case, and develop a transformation roadmap aligned with client objectives.
• Plan and manage large‑scale SAP AI programs to ensure on‑time delivery, proactively addressing risks, issues, dependencies, and constraints across work streams.
• Lead program design and architecture, advise clients on key design decisions, and oversee backlog planning, build, testing, data cutover, deployment, and hyper‑care; manage global delivery teams for complex initiatives involving hundreds of development objects.
• Drive pricing strategy during sales pursuits and oversee project financials—including forecasting, billing, and margin management—consistently delivering EAC at or above committed margin.
• Assess current‑state architecture and design future‑state solutions by integrating SAP Business AI and technical services—SAP BTP, Enterprise Analytics, hyperscaler platforms, and third‑party AI/ML—into the client’s broader technology landscape.
• Lead SAP BTP/AI tenant strategy, integration strategy, data conversion strategy, reporting and analytics strategy, and enhancement strategy, focusing on maximizing AI value.
• Lead strategic conversations with senior stakeholders to define future‑state vision for managing business performance across financial, operational, engagement, and workforce dimensions; leverage Joule/AI to deliver actionable insights aligned with growth objectives.
• Provide strategic leadership across project teams, driving performance, engagement, and delivery excellence; cultivate strong relationships and support career development within the practice.

• 10+ years of recent external management consulting experience delivering SAP advisory and implementation services across multiple industries, including at least two full‑cycle SAP Business Suite implementations and demonstrated excellence in SAP BTP and AI technologies.
• Experience in sales and business development, identifying opportunities, crafting proposals, and presenting integrated SAP AI solutions aligned with client transformation goals.
• Proven track record leading large‑scale transformation programs involving complex architecture, global delivery teams, and extensive development scope.
• Deep technical expertise in SAP Business AI and SAP BTP with hands‑on experience in AI foundation, CAP applications, RICEFW development, CDS views, workflows, IDOCs, OData services, Fiori apps, BADIs, and BAPIs.
• Ability to assess current‑state architecture and design scalable, future‑state solutions that integrate SAP technologies with broader enterprise platforms and data ecosystems.
• Experience developing tenant strategy, data conversion strategy, reporting and analytics strategy, and enhancement strategy for SAP AI implementations.
• Strong program management skills: planning, risk and issue management, dependency tracking, and stakeholder communication across global teams.
