We are seeking a skilled and detail‑oriented Service Now Vulnerability Response Technical Architect to join our cybersecurity team. The ideal candidate will have hands‑on experience with Service Now’s Vulnerability Response module and a strong understanding of vulnerability management processes. This role is critical in helping us implement the VR module to automate the VM process, namely identify, assess, and remediate security vulnerabilities.

• Install, configure and maintain the Service Now Vulnerability Response module.
• Integrate vulnerability data from external scanners (e.g., Qualys, Tenable, Rapid7) into Service Now.
• Automate workflows for vulnerability triage, assignment, and remediation tracking.
• Collaborate with IT and security teams to ensure timely resolution of identified vulnerabilities.
• Develop and maintain dashboards and reports to monitor vulnerability trends and remediation progress.
• Ensure compliance with internal security policies and external regulatory requirements.
• Participate in vulnerability assessments and risk analysis activities.
• Provide training and support to stakeholders on using Service Now Vulnerability Response features.

• 10–15 years of relevant experience.
• Proven 3‑year experience with Service Now Vulnerability Response module.
• Familiarity with vulnerability scanning tools and integration methods.
• Strong understanding of cybersecurity principles and vulnerability management lifecycle.
• Experience with Service Now scripting (JavaScript, Glide API) and workflow automation.
• Excellent analytical, problem‑solving, and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast‑paced environment.

Salary Range: $115,600–$130,000 a year
