Field Printer Repair Technician – Houston, TX
Job Description- Support on‑site printer maintenance and service operations in the Houston, TX area.
- Run cases in the field, dispatched from home, and perform hands‑on troubleshooting, repair, and maintenance of various printer models at customer locations.
- Provide reliable, customer‑focused service while managing field dispatch operations.
- Perform on‑site diagnostics, troubleshooting, and repairs for printers and related equipment.
- Handle field dispatch assignments efficiently while maintaining high customer satisfaction.
- Drive between client locations (up to 35–40 miles per day).
- Maintain accurate service records, reports, and equipment logs.
- Communicate effectively with dispatch teams and clients to ensure timely case resolution.
- Participate in on‑call rotation and provide support after hours as needed.
- Adhere to company safety policies and maintain professionalism.
Skills & Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of printer repair experience.
- Minimum 1 year of field dispatch experience.
- Strong technical and problem‑solving skills with attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and customer service abilities.
- Must reside within or near zip code 77013.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
