Job Title

Field Printer Repair Technician – Houston, TX

Job Description
  • Support on‑site printer maintenance and service operations in the Houston, TX area.
  • Run cases in the field, dispatched from home, and perform hands‑on troubleshooting, repair, and maintenance of various printer models at customer locations.
  • Provide reliable, customer‑focused service while managing field dispatch operations.
Key Responsibilities
  • Perform on‑site diagnostics, troubleshooting, and repairs for printers and related equipment.
  • Handle field dispatch assignments efficiently while maintaining high customer satisfaction.
  • Drive between client locations (up to 35–40 miles per day).
  • Maintain accurate service records, reports, and equipment logs.
  • Communicate effectively with dispatch teams and clients to ensure timely case resolution.
  • Participate in on‑call rotation and provide support after hours as needed.
  • Adhere to company safety policies and maintain professionalism.
Required

Skills & Qualifications
  • Minimum 1 year of printer repair experience.
  • Minimum 1 year of field dispatch experience.
  • Strong technical and problem‑solving skills with attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and customer service abilities.
  • Must reside within or near zip code 77013.
  • Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
