Key Responsibilities- Deploy and manage desktop application software for all users.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues for end users, both remotely and in-person.
- Administer and maintain company printers, including service calls and toner replacement.
- Minimum of four years of IT experience in a professional environment.
- Proficiency with Windows 10/11, Android, and iOS operating systems.
- Strong experience in providing technical support for a wide range of end users.
- Ability to work onsite regularly in a professional office environment.
- Experience in supporting the technical aspects of the employee lifecycle.
