Job Summary

The Marketing Performance Analyst will play a key role in transforming marketing data into insights that guide strategy and execution. This role partners closely with marketing and business stakeholders to define requirements, build proof‑of‑concept dashboards, and deliver actionable reporting that drives decision‑making. The analyst will monitor performance across digital, social, and lifecycle programs, ensuring results are measured accurately and presented in a way that connects data to business goals.

This position requires SQL skills for analysis, experience with BI tools to build dashboards, and the ability to present findings in a way that clearly connects data to marketing goals.

Roles and Responsibilities Marketing Program Reporting
  • Design marketing dashboards to evaluate key marketing programs and opportunities
  • Define dashboard requirements based on feedback with key stakeholders
  • Define dashboard metrics and align metrics with dashboard objectives
  • Build proof‑of‑concept reports
  • Create queries to enable customer reports
Digital & Social Analytics
  • Monitor digital engagement and path to purchase within the lifecycle program
  • Develop reports for organic social posts to monitor compliance
  • Support integration of compliance‑related data with other systems
  • Develop email and mail deliverability reports to identify risks and improvements
  • Define customer attributes related to digital behavior for the customer data
Data Analysis
  • Define and manage ad‑hoc analysis projects
  • Write SQL queries to perform ad‑hoc analysis
  • Summarize results of analysis projects and key findings
  • Present analysis findings and recommendations to internal stakeholders
  • Support the development of predictive models
Project/Quality Management
  • Develop and manage the roadmap for marketing dashboards and reports
  • Define project plans to build reports and manage project success
  • Collaborate with engineering to build reports
  • Monitor data quality to ensure accuracy of reports
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, analytics, or related field
  • 2‑3 years of experience building reports and supporting queries
  • Proficient in SQL and building complex queries
  • Experience with visualization applications (Qlik, Power

    BI, Tableau)
  • Understanding of marketing performance metrics
  • Experience with Google Analytics
  • Experience working with large data files
  • Experience with relational databases
  • Experience building and presenting analysis findings
  • Strong communications skills
  • Problem‑solver
  • Accepts responsibility for quality of work and continuous improvement
  • Ability to interact with both technical and non‑technical personnel
  • Willingness to learn and test new tools and approaches to accelerate data analysis
