Parts Warranty Coordinator

What You’ll Do as a Parts Warranty Coordinator
  • Prepare accurate warranty claims and handle parts returns
  • Interpret job folders and gather required information using Caterpillar systems such as SIS, DBS, SIMSI, SIB, and ADZ

  • Document requested parts and prepare “Send It Back” Cat parts returns for shipment
  • Register new machine and engine warranty coverage and maintain accurate delivery records
  • Respond quickly and accurately to warranty‑related questions
  • Resolve warranty issues for shops, customers, and other Cat dealers
  • Maintain organized documentation and follow established warranty procedures
  • Deliver exceptional customer service to internal and external stakeholders
What We’re Looking For
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • 2+ years of warranty‑related experience, or experience in construction, engine, or technical fields
  • Basic computer skills and 1–2 years of data entry experience
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy
  • Team‑oriented, self‑motivated, and reliable
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills
