Job Overview: We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Technical Writer - Intermediate to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating, editing, and maintaining technical documentation to support various projects and initiatives. This role requires excellent communication skills, a strong understanding of technical concepts, and the ability to translate complex information into clear and concise documentation.

• Develop, edit, and maintain technical documentation, including user manuals, guides, and standard operating procedures.
• Collaborate with subject matter experts to gather information and ensure accuracy in documentation.
• Translate complex technical concepts into clear, concise, and user-friendly content.
• Ensure all documentation adheres to company standards and guidelines.
• Review and update existing documentation to reflect changes in processes, systems, or technologies.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure timely delivery of documentation.

• Bachelor’s degree in Technical Writing, Communications, or a related field.
• 2-4 years of experience in technical writing or a similar role.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency in using documentation tools and software.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Attention to detail and a commitment to producing high-quality work.

Pay Range: $30 - $35 per hour. This range may vary based on experience, location, and skillset. Contract consultants also have access to benefits such as medical, dental, vision, 401(k) contributions, and paid time off per applicable state statutes.
