Alpharetta, GA. Hybrid is 3 days on site, 2 days remote.

RISE with SAP S/4

HANA Cloud, the private edition, is a key deployment option for our customers’ cloud transformation. It provides a comprehensive cloud infrastructure and managed services that support the overall cloud strategy of SAP. It allows customers to safeguard their ERP investment while benefiting from greater flexibility and the ability to tailor the software to meet specific needs, retaining company-specific configurations and access to the latest capabilities for a competitive advantage.

Under RISE with SAP, SAP enables customers to run SAP S/4

HANA and other SAP applications in a managed private cloud environment in SAP data centers, IaaS hyperscalers, SAP Premium Suppliers, or in customers’ existing data centers. SAP has established strategic partnerships with major cloud providers, including AWS, Microsoft Azure, and Google Cloud Platform (GCP), to offer maximum choice for SAP private cloud deployment.

The Digital Cloud Advisory Team is part of the SAP Enterprise Cloud Services organization. We seek highly motivated, customer-focused team members to strengthen the Digital Cloud Architecture & Advisory team (DCAA) in NA. The Cloud Architect Advisor works predominantly in the pre-sales phase as a subject matter expert, acting as the primary contact for all technical topics related to private cloud deployment from a customer perspective, and collaborates with internal SAP teams to prepare customers for success on their cloud journey under RISE with SAP.

This is a customer-facing role that supports the sales teams during the entire cycle of a Cloud deal. The essential tasks include the following:

• Present detailed technical and operational aspects of the RISE with SAP S/4
  
  HANA Cloud, private edition offering, including the respective managed service offerings (typically to CIOs, IT managers, data center managers, and SAP technology staff).
• Present the technical requirements and value proposition for SAP private cloud on SAP Data Centers, Premium Suppliers, and Hyperscalers like AWS, MS Azure, and GCP.
• Conduct technical assessment workshops with customers to define future cloud architecture and plan the migration roadmap with partners, System Integrators, and/or SAP Professional Services.
• Guide customers on non-functional capabilities such as Business Continuity, Cybersecurity & Compliance, Networking, Technical Operations, and service consumption.
• Work on pricing using tools such as Quote Tool, Configurator, etc.
• Collaborate with other teams within the Customer Success board area to generate pricing and provide ongoing deal support to sales teams.
• Own the technical discussions with the customer and act as the orchestrator of experts to obtain expertise from the SAP Enterprise Cloud Services delivery organization as required.

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering or Computer Science, or Business Administration, from an accredited university.
• High proficiency in customer communications and presentations.
