Rate: $20-$22/Hr

Job Description:

• We are seeking a Field Printer Repair Technician to support on-site printer maintenance and service operations in the Houston, TX area.
• This position runs cases in the field, dispatched from home, and requires hands-on troubleshooting, repair, and maintenance of various printer models at customer locations.
• The ideal candidate is reliable, customer-focused, and skilled in both field dispatch operations and printer repair.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform on-site diagnostics, troubleshooting, and repairs for printers and related equipment.
• Handle field dispatch assignments efficiently while maintaining high customer satisfaction.
• Drive between client locations (up to 35 40 miles per day, depending on workload).
• Maintain accurate service records, reports, and equipment logs.
• Communicate effectively with dispatch teams and clients to ensure timely case resolution.
• Participate in on-call rotation and provide support after hours as needed.
• Adhere to company safety policies and maintain professionalism at all times.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Minimum 1 year of printer repair experience.
• Minimum 1 year of field dispatch experience.
• Strong technical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and customer service abilities.
• Must reside within or near zip code 77013.
• Valid driver s license and reliable transportation.
