A leading Human Resources provider in Houston, Texas is looking for a Workers’ Compensation Specialist to manage claims and ensure compliance with OSHA regulations. You will work closely with internal teams to mitigate risks and support employee well-being while also providing strategic support for benefits administration. The ideal candidate has a Bachelor's degree and at least 3 years of experience in Human Resources, specifically in Workers’ Compensation, with strong analytical and communication skills.
