Mustang Cat is hiring a Recruiter to support full-cycle recruitment across assigned business units, including Service Administration, Parts, Warehouse, Sales, and other operational roles. This position plays a critical role in attracting, assessing, and hiring top talent to support our growing organization.

As a Recruiter, you’ll manage the full recruitment lifecycle while partnering closely with hiring managers to support operational hiring needs.
Responsibilities- Manage full-cycle recruiting including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer negotiation
- Partner with hiring managers to define role requirements, expectations, and hiring timelines
- Develop proactive sourcing strategies using job boards, Linked In, referrals, and workforce partnerships
- Build and maintain talent pipelines for recurring and hard-to-fill roles
- Conduct structured phone screens and behavioral interviews
- Coordinate interviews and collect hiring feedback from stakeholders
- Track recruiting metrics including time-to-fill, source effectiveness, and pipeline activity
- Maintain accurate candidate records in ATS/HRIS systems (Dayforce preferred)
- Ensure compliance with employment laws and company policies
- Deliver a professional and positive candidate experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field
- 2+ years of recruiting experience (corporate or agency)
- Experience managing multiple open requisitions simultaneously
- Strong interviewing and candidate assessment skills
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Proficiency with applicant tracking systems and Microsoft Office
- Experience recruiting in construction, industrial, manufacturing, or skilled trades environments
- Experience with Ceridian Dayforce
