Regional Human Resources Business Partner

Our client is scaling fast and now needs a Regional HR Business Partner to lead the People agenda for Ireland. This is a hands‑on, influential role where you’ll build the HR function from the ground up, partner closely with local MDs, and become the key HR presence on the ground as the business continues to expand.

You’ll support a multi‑site workforce (predominantly engineers), lead a major harmonisation project, bring consistency across terms and processes, and play a central role in rolling out a new HRIS. With the Irish operation set for further growth, the role offers significant scope for progression into broader leadership.

• Act as the main HR partner for all Irish sites
• Lead ER, coach managers, and provide practical, clear guidance
• Standardise contracts, policies, terms and benefits across the group
• Drive harmonisation, change initiatives and employee communications
• Build out core HR processes and create structure in a fast‑moving environment
• Support the rollout and adoption of HRIS
• Partner closely with senior leaders in Ireland and the wider group

• Strong HR Manager/HRBP experience
• Confident handling ER and complex conversations
• Multi‑site experience — engineering/technical environments a bonus
• Able to build HR foundations in a growing organisation
• Commercial, credible and ambitious to step up as the business scales
