Job Description
The Assistant Recruiter supports the recruitment function by sourcing, screening, and coordinating candidates to ensure an efficient hiring process. This role helps drive agency growth by maintaining recruitment pipeline activity, compliance standards, and a positive candidate experience.
Compensation:$45,000 - $60,000 yearly
Responsibilities:Candidate Sourcing & Screening
- Source potential candidates through online platforms, referrals, networking, and recruiting events.
- Conduct initial phone screenings to assess candidate qualifications and alignment with hiring criteria.
- Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
Recruitment Process Support
- Prepare and maintain recruitment documentation and candidate records.
- Track candidate progress from sourcing through onboarding.
- Ensure accuracy, completeness, and compliance of application files according to company policies.
Administrative & Reporting
- Maintain recruitment databases and provide periodic activity reports.
- Assist with recruiting events, career fairs, and new hire orientation sessions.
- Collaborate with internal teams to deliver a professional and seamless candidate experience.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office; experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) is a plus.
- Self‑motivated, disciplined, and results‑oriented.
