**** Job Summary
** The Talent Acquisition Lead partners closely with the business and leader of the Talent Acquisition team to forecast talent needs and deliver a strategic, scalable recruiting approach aligned with organizational goals. This role provides both hands on recruiting and people management, ensuring strong execution across full cycle recruiting, recruiting operations, and stakeholder partnership in a dynamic business environment.### ###
** Job Responsibilities
*** Lead and execute full‑cycle recruitment for assigned business areas, ensuring high‑quality hiring outcomes and an exceptional candidate experience, while leading a small team of individual contributors in daily full cycle recruiting activity
* Partner with Talent Business Partners, hiring managers, and senior leaders to understand current and future workforce needs and develop strategic recruiting plans aligned with business strategy
* Provide people leadership and management, including coaching, mentoring, performance management, and development of recruiting team members
* Serve as a subject matter expert in talent acquisition, recruiting operations, and market trends, offering data‑driven insights and recommendations
* Drive continuous improvement by identifying opportunities to enhance recruiting processes, tools, technology, and service delivery
* Anticipate business, regulatory, and workforce challenges and proactively assess their impact on recruiting strategies
* Communicate complex recruiting concepts clearly and effectively across functions and leadership levels
* Operate with a high degree of autonomy, requiring guidance only in highly complex or escalated situations
* Perform additional duties as assigned due to business needs
** Education
* ** Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or a relevant field preferred
** Experience
* ** 5-8 years of progressive experience in talent acquisition or recruiting, with demonstrated management experience is required, including leading, coaching, and developing recruiting teams
* Workday experience is highly preferred, particularly in recruiting and reporting functionality
* Experience in recruiting operations roles within the Title industry or a closely related industry is preferred
