Facilitas Group are hiring a Recruitment Consultant to join the team. This role is suitable for a career focused individual who would like to progress their career in recruitment. Based in our Dublin 2 office.

Roles and Responsibilities

Client Relationship Management:

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients.
  • Serve as a trusted advisor, offering insights on market trends, recruitment strategies, and hiring best practices.

Talent Sourcing and Candidate Engagement:

  • Use a range of sourcing channels to build a strong talent pipeline.
  • Screen, interview, and assess candidates to ensure they meet client requirements.

Strategic Workforce Planning:

  • Collaborate with clients to understand their long-term staffing needs.
  • Develop proactive recruitment strategies to address client needs and market demands.

Recruitment Process Management:

  • Lead the recruitment process from start to finish.
  • Ensure an efficient and positive recruitment experience for clients and candidates.

Industry Expertise & Market Insights:

  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends, skills gaps, and market competition.
  • Provide clients with valuable advice on workforce trends, salary benchmarking, and talent retention.

Candidate & Client Communication:

  • Serve as the main point of contact for clients and candidates throughout the recruitment process.
  • Provide feedback to candidates and assist in offer negotiations to ensure a smooth hiring process.

Business Development:

  • Identify new business opportunities within the sector you are recruiting for.
  • Develop new client relationships and expand existing accounts to ensure long-term business success.
  • Contribute to the development of team goals and performance metrics
Requirements
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in perm recruitment
  • Commercially astute with experience recruiting for any of the following sectors - life science, retail, engineering, construction, hospitality, supply chain & logistics or facilities management
  • Ability to identify business development opportunities and expand client portfolios
  • Experience managing key accounts, building long-term relationships, and delivering tailored recruitment solutions.
  • Experience managing full recruitment cycles from sourcing to placement.
  • Ability to set goals, track performance, and contribute to team development.
  • Excellent time management and organisational skills to manage multiple clients and candidates simultaneously.
  • Track record of meeting or exceeding recruitment targets and KPIs.
  • Ability to communicate clearly and persuasively with clients and candidates.
