We’re partnering with a client to find a dependable and detail-oriented Human Resources Administrator to support daily HR operations and administrative processes. This role is well suited for someone who enjoys staying organized, supporting employees and managers, and helping HR functions run efficiently behind the scenes.

What You’ll Be Doing as the Human Resources Administrator:
Act as the first point of contact for routine HR and administrative questions
Support recruiting efforts, including interview coordination, onboarding paperwork, and new hire logistics
Maintain accurate employee records, personnel files, and HRIS data
Assist with benefits administration, including enrollment tracking and documentation
Help support compliance by organizing policies, forms, and required records
Assist with performance review tracking, training coordination, and employee communications
What We’re Looking For in the Human Resources Administrator:
2–4 years of experience in HR administration, HR support, or a related office role
Working knowledge of HR policies, procedures, and basic employment regulations
Strong organizational skills with a high level of attention to detail
Proficiency in Microsoft Office; HRIS experience is a plus
Bilingual in English and Spanish preferred
