What You’ll Be Responsible For as the Payroll Analyst:

• Act as a primary contact for employee payroll inquiries related to pay, deductions, and payroll policies

• Manage a high volume of calls and inquiries through the payroll hotline with a customer-focused approach

• Prepare, review, and process payroll cycles with a strong emphasis on accuracy and compliance

• Partner with other Payroll Analysts to support consistent and efficient payroll operations

• Collaborate with HR, Accounting, and cross-functional teams to research discrepancies and ensure compliance

What We’re Looking For in the Payroll Analyst:

• 3+ years of payroll experience in a high-volume environment

• Strong attention to detail with solid analytical and problem-solving skills

• Experience with People Soft or ADP preferred

• Ability to stay organized, calm, and accurate under tight deadlines

• Union payroll experience a plus (training provided)
