Salary
$70,000–$80,000 base

Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee accurate, timely, and compliant payroll processing for all employees
• Maintain payroll records, reconciliations, and reporting with high attention to detail
• Support Accounts Payable functions (approximately 45% of the role)
• Analyze payroll data and prepare reports for finance and leadership teams
• Lead payroll-related special projects and process improvements
Qualifications:
• 5+ years of payroll experience, including multi-state or healthcare environments
• Experience with ADP Workforce Now or similar payroll systems
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to manage multiple deadlines
