Position Overview

We are looking for a driven and ambitious Junior Recruitment Consultant to join our Oil & Gas recruitment team. This is an entry-level opportunity ideal for candidates with a background in sales, customer service, or target-driven roles who are looking to build a long-term career in recruitment.

You will be trained to source, qualify, and place candidates into Oil & Gas roles while building strong relationships with both clients and candidates. This role offers structured training, clear KPIs, and strong progression opportunities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Source and engage candidates for Oil & Gas roles using job boards, Linked In, referrals, and networking
  • Screen candidates via phone and video interviews to assess suitability
  • Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with candidates and clients
  • Manage the recruitment process from initial contact through to placement
  • Work towards individual and team KPIs including calls, interviews, submissions, and placements
  • Actively market candidates to clients and promote job opportunities
  • Maintain accurate records on the CRM system
  • Stay informed on Oil & Gas market trends and client needs
Ideal Candidate Profile

  • Sales (B2B or B2C)
  • Account management
  • Customer service or retail with targets
  • Call centre or telesales roles
Skills & Experience
  • Proven experience working towards KPIs, targets, or sales goals
  • Confidence communicating with people at all levels
  • Strong relationship-building and influencing skills
  • Resilient, motivated, and goal-oriented mindset
  • Excellent organisation and time management skills
  • Desire to build a career in recruitment
  • Interest in the Oil & Gas industry (experience not required – training provided)
