Job Summary

In this role, you will serve as a trusted operational leader responsible for overseeing onboarding, HRIS data integrity, and workforce analytics across a multi‑company code organization. Your work will strengthen onboarding outcomes, reduce compliance risk, and ensure HR systems communicate clearly and consistently.

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee and support end‑to‑end onboarding for multiple company codes within ADP Workforce Now, ensuring consistency, compliance, and a strong sense of belonging from offer acceptance through Day One.
  • Continuously evaluate and update onboarding workflows, tasks, communications, and system experiences to improve clarity, engagement, and completion rates.
  • Serve as an escalation point for onboarding challenges, bringing calm problem‑solving, accountability, and transparency to complex situations.
  • Conduct regular, proactive audits of employee data in ADP Workforce Now across all company codes.
  • Review and validate:
  • PTO & Leave:
    Management and buildout of PTO policies
  • Demographics & Compliance: EEOC data and other regulatory‑required fields
  • Organizational Structure:
    Job codes, FLSA classification, reporting relationships, and company code assignments
  • Identify recurring data gaps and trends, in collaboration with the Manager of People Operations.
  • Develop, maintain, and run standard and custom reports in ADP Workforce Now related to onboarding, data integrity, turnover, and workforce trends.
  • Track and analyze key metrics, including:
  • New hire start vs. completion rates
  • Time‑to‑onboard
  • Early‑stage employee turnover
  • Missing or late onboarding documentation
  • Annual compliance activities, including EEOC reporting and other required audits and filings.
  • Ensure all data used for reporting is accurate, defensible, and aligned with regulatory standards.
  • Support the addition, maintenance, and ongoing updates of HR policies and company‑wide documents within ADP Workforce Now.
  • Ensure policies and documents are accurately assigned to applicable employee populations and that acknowledgements are tracked appropriately.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
  • 5+ years of progressive Senior HR Generalist or HR Operations experience, preferably in a multi‑entity or multi‑company code environment.
  • Demonstrated expertise with ADP Workforce Now (WFN), including onboarding, reporting, audits, data changes, and system content management.
  • Experience supporting annual compliance reporting and audits (e.g., EEOC).
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and problem‑solving skills.
Preferred
  • HR certification (PHR, SHRM‑CP, or similar)
Physical Requirements
  • Ability to sit for extended periods of time at a desk and working on a computer.
  • Ability to communicate effectively in person, over the phone, or via virtual meeting.
  • Ability to maintain focus in a typical office environment with moderate noise levels.
  • Ability to perform repetitive motions with hands and arms, such as typing.
