Staffing Supervisor in Houston

LK Jordan & Associates is seeking a results-driven Staffing Supervisor to join our Austin team! If you’re passionate about connecting people with meaningful work and delivering excellent client service, this role is for you.

• Recruit, interview, and place qualified candidates in temporary, temp-to-hire, and direct hire roles
• Manage client accounts and develop long-term business relationships
• Fill job orders quickly while maintaining quality placements
• Conduct candidate screenings, reference checks, and offer negotiations
• Make inside sales calls and grow client base through strong service
• Attend job fairs and community events to source top talent
• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand job requirements
• Travel to client sites as needed (local travel only)

• Associate’s degree in Business OR 3–5 years of recruiting experience (field sales or college recruiting preferred)
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills
• Proven ability to multitask and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Valid driver’s license and auto insurance required
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) a plus
