THE OPPORTUNITY

We’re looking for a proactive, detail-driven Talent Acquisition Coordinator to support North America hiring efforts. In this role, you’ll partner closely with the TA team to source top talent, deliver a seamless onboarding experience, and ensure smooth recruitment operations. This position is ideal for someone who is energized by fast-paced work, strong relationship-building, and being a trusted support partner across HR and the business.

LOCATION:

Corporate Office in Houston, Texas

KEY JOB RESPONSIBILITIES Sourcing
  • Proactively identify and engage passive and active talent through social media, job boards, networking, and targeted research.
  • Build, maintain, and organize talent pipelines to support current and future hiring priorities.
  • Partner with the TA team to understand role requirements, talent profiles, and market availability.
  • Initiate outreach, nurture candidate relationships, and ensure timely, professional communication.
  • Use Boolean search, sourcing tools, and ATS/CRM platforms to optimize search strategies.
  • Represent the organization as a positive brand ambassador and advocate in talent markets.
Onboarding Coordination
  • Manage new hire setup including HRIS profile creation, paperwork, technology requests, and logistics.
  • Coordinate and help facilitate new hire orientation, ensuring a welcoming and engaging experience.
  • Serve as a primary contact for new hires, managers, and internal partners during onboarding.
  • Maintain accurate new hire records and track onboarding tasks through completion.
  • Prepare onboarding materials such as welcome kits, s, PPE, and other required items.
Recruitment Operations & Process Coordination
  • Coordinate interviews, manage hiring calendars, send candidate communications, and support travel or logistics as needed.
  • Maintain clean, organized data within the ATS, ensuring accurate requisition tracking and reporting.
  • Prepare offer letters, facilitate background checks, and assist with documentation requirements.
  • Post open roles across job boards and support digital sourcing and recruitment campaigns.
  • Generate hiring metrics and contribute to TA team projects, continuous improvement efforts, and process optimization.
CANDIDATE PROFILE
  • Proven experience in sourcing and recruitment of passive candidates.
  • Expertise in sourcing tools, Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), and CRM platforms.
  • Strong research, data mining, and market mapping abilities.
  • Previous administrative, coordination, or HR support experience.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) or Google Suite.
  • Excellent communication, networking, and interpersonal skills.
  • Self-motivated, results-driven, with strong follow-up.
  • Strong organizational, time management, and communication skills.
  • Excellent attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Customer service orientation and ability to build relationships.
