This role is ideal for experienced recruitment coordinators, recruiters, or graduates/high-potential candidates ready to take the next step in a structured, high-growth environment.
The RoleReporting into the recruitment leadership team, the Recruitment Coordinator will support Experienced Hire (Professional) and Campus recruitment, coordinating high-volume hiring campaigns and ensuring a smooth, professional experience for all candidates and stakeholders.
You will gain exposure to senior stakeholders, large-scale recruitment campaigns, and critical business functions across technology, trading, and research. This is a fully onsite, full-time role with excellent career development opportunities as the business continues its rapid growth.
Key Responsibilities- Coordinate high-volume, end-to-end recruitment activity across professional and campus hiring
- Schedule and manage interviews (phone, virtual, and onsite), liaising with candidates and senior stakeholders
- Deliver an exceptional candidate experience, ensuring processes run smoothly
- Maintain accurate candidate records in the Applicant Tracking System
- Support campus recruitment campaigns, including career fairs, discovery days, assessment centres, and internship programmes
- Organise logistics-heavy recruitment events and interview days
- Build strong working relationships with recruiters, hiring managers, and interview panels
- Assist with recruitment reporting, data tracking, and process improvements
Support ad-hoc projects during peak hiring period
- An experienced Recruitment Coordinator or Recruiter
- A graduate or early-career professional looking to build corporate recruitment experience
- From a background in recruitment, HR, operations, administration, events, or coordination
- Strong stakeholder management skills, confident engaging with senior professionals
- Highly organised with excellent attention to detail
- Able to prioritise multiple tasks and manage last-minute changes calmly
- Passionate about delivering an exceptional candidate experience
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
