Employee Relations, Regulatory Compliance Specialist
Title: HR Assistant
Location: Houston, TX (100% in the office)
Pay: $24 - $28 / HR

RESPONSIBILITIES- Maintain digital and electronic records of employees.
- Support onboarding and offboarding processes for employees.
- Organize, maintain, and update internal databases with digital personnel records of relevant employee information.
- Assist the HR Department in the management of day-to-day tasks.
- Track leave balances.
- Assist with benefits enrollment.
- Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred.
- 1–3 years of administrative or HR support experience (HR environment preferred).
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
- Proficiency with MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook); experience with HRIS or HR software a plus.
- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
- Strong interpersonal skills and customer service mindset.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
