Title: HR Assistant

Location: Houston, TX (100% in the office)

Pay: $24 - $28 / HR

RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Maintain digital and electronic records of employees.
  • Support onboarding and offboarding processes for employees.
  • Organize, maintain, and update internal databases with digital personnel records of relevant employee information.
  • Assist the HR Department in the management of day-to-day tasks.
  • Track leave balances.
  • Assist with benefits enrollment.
QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE
  • Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred.
  • 1–3 years of administrative or HR support experience (HR environment preferred).
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
  • Proficiency with MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook); experience with HRIS or HR software a plus.
  • Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and customer service mindset.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
