Job Title: Remote Employee Support Coordinator

Hourly Pay: $20 - $28/hour

Summary: We are looking for an enthusiastic Employee Support Coordinator to join our HR team. This position involves providing essential support to employees and assisting them with HR-related inquiries. You will help create a positive and supportive work environment by addressing employee needs and ensuring smooth communication between staff and the HR department.

Job Responsibilities
  • Act as a point of contact for employees, answering HR-related questions and providing guidance on policies and benefits
  • Assist with the onboarding process for new employees, ensuring they have a smooth transition into the company
  • Manage employee records, ensuring all information is accurate and up-to-date
  • Help employees navigate and resolve benefits or payroll issues
  • Provide administrative support to the HR team in maintaining compliance with labor laws and company policies
  • Coordinate employee wellness and engagement programs to improve overall job satisfaction
  • Assist in organizing training sessions and workshops for employees
  • Process employee requests for time off, leave, and other HR-related inquiries
  • Collaborate with management to identify and resolve any employee concerns or challenges
Qualifications
  • Previous experience in HR support, administration, or a customer service role
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and HRIS systems
  • High level of confidentiality and integrity when handling employee information
  • Friendly, approachable attitude with a focus on employee satisfaction
