Join Triple‑Steel Holdings, Inc. as a Payroll Specialist, reporting directly to the Payroll Manager. The role supports a culture of employee excellence and requires 3+ years of experience in full‑cycle payroll processing.

• Process weekly payroll for 1,800+ employees.
• Process employee changes and verify payroll accuracy on a weekly basis.
• Process garnishments, child support orders, tax levies, state unemployment insurance, and quarterly tax verifications.
• Develop in‑depth understanding of payroll software and HRIS; create reports on demand.
• Review employee timecards for accuracy and reconcile variances.
• Communicate with managers and supervisors regarding employee timecard questions and concerns.
• Provide training materials and deadlines to new managers.
• Monitor payroll email box.
• Prepare and maintain employee files, assuring accuracy, compliance, and confidentiality.
• Support Benefits team as needed.

• 3+ years of full‑cycle payroll processing (required).
• Experience with ADP Workforce Now (required);
  Kronos Workforce Dimensions or iCIMS (preferred).
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel (required).
• Detail oriented, organized, able to work in a fast‑paced environment.
• Ability to prioritize and adapt to changing business priorities.
• Strong problem‑solving, decisiveness, and flexibility.
• Excellent teamwork and interpersonal skills.
• Bilingual Spanish (preferred).
• Discretion and confidentiality when handling sensitive information.
