As a Senior Search Consultant, you’ll have full operational responsibility for your own desk, managing the entire recruitment cycle while developing new business opportunities in Oil, Gas, Chemicals, and Energy. • Full-Cycle Recruitment: Manage 360 recruitment, from sourcing to placement.
• Business Development: Identify and pursue new opportunities through networking and market research.
• Client Partnerships: Sell retained search solutions and secure exclusive agreements.
• Team Leadership: Guide and mentor your team to achieve KPIs and desk plans.
• Strategic Growth: Drive performance reviews, development plans, and business expansion.
• Candidate Engagement: Build strong pipelines and maintain long-term relationships with top talent.

• Experienced Recruiter: 3+ years in recruitment (agency required) with full-cycle desk experience.
• Sales Mindset: Proven ability to generate new business and close deals.
