Primary Services is actively recruiting for a Talent Acquisition Advisor to support a large, established organization operating in complex industrial and engineering-driven markets. This position plays a critical role in attracting, assessing, and securing top professional and technical talent while partnering closely with business leaders and HR stakeholders. The Talent Acquisition Advisor will manage full-cycle recruiting efforts for assigned roles and contribute to workforce planning initiatives that directly support organizational growth and long-term objectives.
Responsibilities- Build and execute strategic sourcing plans to attract qualified and diverse talent pools.
- Develop and drive recruitment marketing strategies in collaboration with HR and business stakeholders.
- Partner with hiring managers to provide labor market insights, role alignment, and workforce planning support.
- Connect external employment market conditions with internal workforce demands to proactively build talent pipelines.
- Leverage social media and professional networks to identify and engage passive candidates.
- Assess candidate qualifications, experience, and fit to recommend top talent for assigned positions.
- Manage candidate relationships throughout the recruitment lifecycle to ensure strong engagement and communication.
- Monitor requisition health to reduce business risk and support timely hiring outcomes.
- Coordinate offer approvals and facilitate accurate information flow to leadership.
- Maintain recruiting systems and technologies to ensure data accuracy, reporting, and compliance.
- Utilize recruiting metrics to improve candidate quality, optimize cost, and enhance process efficiency.
- Ensure compliance with employment laws, regulations, and internal hiring standards.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
- Minimum of 8 years of full-cycle recruiting experience in a corporate, professional, or technical environment.
- Proficiency with multiple sourcing channels and techniques for hard-to-fill roles.
- Working knowledge of applicant tracking systems and recruiting technologies.
- Demonstrated understanding of employment legislation and regulatory requirements.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.
- Experience recruiting within industrial, engineering, energy, or manufacturing-related markets preferred.
- Professional HR certifications such as SPHR, SHRM-SCP, PHR, SHRM-CP, or GPHR preferred.
- Availability for limited domestic travel, less than 10 percent.
