HR ASSISTANT – AGM TOOLS

Bilingual Human Resources Recruiting Coordinator – provide administrative support to the HR department.

• Recruiting and hiring across all locations
• Maintain personnel records in compliance with HR regulations
• Compile reports from personnel databases
• Review and update HR information system records
• Enforce company policies, rules and regulations
• Communicate all relevant information to employees and job applicants
• Create hiring strategies for each location
• Develop organograms for each location
• Review and update new hire packages

• Previous experience in Human Resources
• General knowledge of labor and employment laws
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong organizational skills
• Strong attention to detail
• Must speak Spanish and English fluently

Full-time

$35,000.00 – $45,000.00 per year

• Flexible schedule
• Paid time off

• 8‑hour shift
• Monday to Friday

• Houston, TX – must reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (preferred)
