We are seeking a Human Resources Manager with a strong generalist background and global HR experience, ideally within the oil & gas industry. This role is well-suited for an HR professional who thrives in a dynamic, hands-on environment and understands the agility, flexibility, and resourcefulness required in a smaller, growing organization.

Key Responsibilities:

• Serve as the primary HR point of contact for all matters related to global assignments, including expats and secondees.
• Manage a wide range of generalist HR responsibilities including employee relations, talent acquisition, compliance, and performance management.
• Partner with leadership to implement HR strategies that support business goals while remaining hands-on in day-to-day operations.
• Support the company’s evolving needs by identifying process improvements and expanding HR programs as the organization grows.

Qualifications:

• Prior experience as an HRBP or HR Manager with a strong generalist foundation.
• Oil & gas industry experience is required.
• Must have been the main point of contact for expat/secondee HR matters in previous roles.

Houston, TX (Energy Corridor)
