Job Title: Success Factors HCM Subject Matter Expert

Location: Houston, TX (Onsite)

Duration: 3-6 months+ contract

Description:

• Success Factors HCM SME to lend specific subject matter knowledge around SAP and Success Factors Technology.
• Configure and test Success Factors for new SAP company codes, ensuring seamless integration with existing HR processes.
• Manage the migration of employee data to new company codes, ensuring accuracy and compliance with organizational standards.
• Collaborate with HR and IT teams to gather requirements and implement enhancements in the Success Factors system.
• Provide training and support to HR personnel on Success Factors functionalities and best practices, promoting effective use of the system.

Qualifications:

• 3-5 years of experience in configuring and testing Success Factors HCM, particularly in relation to new SAP company codes.
• Strong understanding of employee data migration processes and best practices within the Success Factors environment.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented setting.
• Strong communication skills, with experience in training and supporting end-users in HR technology solutions.
