Oak View Group - - Responsibilities:
Serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages following all procedures and regulations;
Learn and upsell beer, wine varieties and spirits to guests;
Pour drinks responsibly and verify guest age with IDs;
De-escalate intoxicated guest situations and escalate as needed;
Handle cash accurately and manage the issued bank at the bar
