Your duties as a Room Attendant will include ensuring that assigned rooms are fully stocked, cleaned, and serviced to standard. You will also be responsible for:

• Greet guests and respond to queries.
• Change bed linen and make beds.
• Replace used towels and other bathroom amenities, such as shampoo and soap.
• Sweep and mop floors.
• Vacuum carpets.
• Dust and polish furniture.
• Empty trash containers and ashtrays.
• Restock beverages and food items in the minibar.
• Clean public areas, such as corridors.
• Report any technical issues and maintenance needs.
• Update status of guest rooms on assignment sheet.
• Return and restock cleaning cart at shift end.
