• Operate dishwashing machines to clean plates, utensils, glasses, pots, and pans.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dishwashing area, kitchen, and back‑of‑house spaces.
• Follow all sanitation and safety procedures, including proper chemical handling.
• Ensure all wares meet brand and health department cleanliness standards.

• Assist kitchen and stewarding teams with setup and breakdown of banquet and restaurant operations.
• Transport and store clean items to appropriate areas in the kitchen and service stations.
• Assist with trash removal, recycling, and deep‑cleaning tasks as assigned.
• Communicate any maintenance or equipment issues promptly to the supervisor.

• Work quickly and efficiently during high‑volume periods while maintaining attention to detail.
• Support the culinary team with daily operations to ensure seamless service delivery.
• Uphold the hotel’s luxury brand image through professionalism and cleanliness at all times.

• Previous experience as a dishwasher or steward in a hotel, resort, or fine dining environment preferred.
• Knowledge of safe food handling and sanitation standards.
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced, team‑oriented environment.
• Flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Reliable, punctual, and committed to maintaining high standards of cleanliness.
• Ability to stand, bend, and lift for extended periods.
• Able to lift and move up to 50 lbs.
• Comfortable working in hot and humid kitchen environments.
