Job Description

The Housekeeping Supervisor is responsible for the implementation and execution of daily housekeeping operations, including but not limited to organizing colleagues’ duties, managing schedules, inspecting guest rooms, and creating and maintaining operational checklists. This role also handles guest concerns, provides training, coaching, and development to housekeeping colleagues, and performs other duties as assigned.

Qualifications
  • High school diploma or GED preferred.
  • Two (2) years of related experience in the hospitality or service industry preferred.
  • One (1) year of previous supervisory experience preferred.
  • A genuine commitment to providing excellent service in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Must be able to perform the essential physical functions of the position, with or without reasonable accommodation (e.g., lifting/pushing/pulling up to 50 pounds; standing and walking for extended periods; bending, reaching, and other physical movements as required).
  • Bilingual in English and Spanish preferred.
  • Flexible schedule required, including availability for AM/PM shifts, weekends, and holidays.
