Key Responsibilities

• Prepare banquet spaces with tables, chairs, linens, silverware, and service ware according to Banquet Event Orders (BEOs).
• Provide attentive, timely, and professional food and beverage service throughout events.
• Anticipate guest needs, respond promptly, and ensure a seamless experience.
• Maintain a polished presentation of food, drinks, and service stations.
• Support setup, execution, and breakdown of events, including cleaning, resetting, and organizing service areas.
• Follow directions from the Banquet Captain and communicate effectively with the team.
• Handle guest requests and concerns with a solutions-first mindset and professionalism.
• Adhere to safety, sanitation, and alcohol service guidelines at all times.

Who You Are

• A service-driven individual who thrives in social, fast-paced environments.
• Experienced in banquet, catering, or restaurant service (preferred, not required).
• Attentive to detail, with an eye for presentation and guest satisfaction.
• Comfortable carrying trays, lifting, and being on your feet for extended periods.
• Calm and professional under pressure, even during large-scale events.
• A strong communicator who connects easily with guests and teammates.
• Flexible with scheduling, including early mornings, late nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Serv Safe and/or TIPS certification preferred or required depending on local regulations.
