Job Details- Compensation: Towne Park is committed to offering competitive, fair, and commensurate compensation. Actual compensation will be based on a candidate’s job-related skills, experience, education or training, and location. The hourly base pay range for this position is $12.50 per hour plus $14-$16 per hour in tips.
- Work Schedule: Part-time availability with shifts ranging from 11:00pm – 7:00am. This will be clarified during the interviews.
- Benefits: Employees are eligible to enroll in accident insurance, critical illness insurance, hospital indemnity insurance, telemedicine benefits, and the company’s 401k retirement savings plan. Eligibility requirements depend on job classification, length of employment, and hours worked. Benefits are subject to change and may be limited by plan terms. Seasonal and temporary roles are not eligible for benefits listed above.
Summary:
The Guest Service Associate is responsible for providing exceptional hospitality services to guests in an attentive, friendly and efficient manner. The role includes parking and retrieving guest vehicles in a prompt yet safe manner and assisting guests with luggage (delivery and pickup where applicable) during arrival and departure.

- Maintains pleasant, friendly and professional demeanor with all guests, co-workers, and clients. Acknowledges and greets guests within five feet with a professional and friendly demeanor. Uses guest last names during interactions.
- 25% - Greets guests, observes proper Towne Park phone etiquette, and assists as needed.
- 10% - Parks and retrieves vehicles safely, assists with bell services and luggage storage, and opens doors for guests.
- 20% - Assists guests with directions, taxis, reservations and inquiries; provides facility and area information; delivers messages, items and guest amenities; shuttles guests to approved locations.
- 10% - Explains parking rates and retrieval procedures; issues claim checks; maintains ticket information and key tags; records vehicle location and damage surveys; collects revenue as needed.

QualificationsEducation:
- High school diploma or general education degree (GED)
Required Licensure, Certification, Etc.
- Must hold a valid driver’s license for the state you are applying to work, or within a commutable distance from the state you are applying to work (as applicable)
Work Experience:
- One (1) month related experience and/or training; OR equivalent combination of education and experience
Knowledge:
- Knowledge of principles and processes for providing customer and personal services.
Skills:
- Ability to read and write standard English language
- Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence and memos
- Ability to write simple correspondence
- Ability to effectively present information in one-on-one and small group situations to guests, clients and other employees of the organization
- Ability to add and subtract three digit numbers and to multiply and divide with 10’s and 100’s; ability to perform these operations using units of American money
- Ability to understand 24 hour and military time systems
- Ability to understand rates applicable to time passed
- Ability to operate a manual transmission is highly desirable
