Thompson Houston + The Residences at the Allen, a 36‑story skyscraper, is proud to be one of Houston’s newest luxury destinations. The property offers a comprehensive range of guest services, a full‑service spa, fitness center, multiple restaurants, a private heliport, a one‑acre pool deck, and expansive meeting and event spaces, all located near Buffalo Bayou Park.

This position requires the ability to inspect rooms after they are cleaned by the Housekeeper. Candidates should have previous housekeeping experience and be able to verify that the quality and cleanliness meet Hyatt standards. The role demands energy, attention to detail, and meticulousness in following Hyatt cleanliness standards while maintaining excellent interpersonal and verbal communication skills.

The position works closely with Housekeepers, Housekeeping Supervisors, and Front Desk staff. The individual acts as the liaison between Housekeeping and Front Desk for the release and preparation of rooms for arrivals of resort guests, owners, and VIPs.

• Refined verbal communication skills.
• At least 1 year of previous housekeeping experience.
