Role DescriptionThis is a full-time, on-site role for a Food and Beverage Manager located in Houston, TX. The Food and Beverage Manager will oversee daily operations of the food and beverage department, ensuring high-quality service and customer satisfaction. Responsibilities include managing staff, coordinating meal services, budgeting, implementing training programs, maintaining inventory, and ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations. The role involves collaboration with other departments to enhance guest experience and drive operational efficiency.
Qualifications- Strong knowledge and experience in Food Service and Food & Beverage operations
- Demonstrated excellence in Customer Service and ability to address guest needs effectively
- Proficiency in Training staff to ensure consistency in service standards
- Experience in Budgeting and cost control to manage and optimize departmental finances
- Strong leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills
- Knowledge of food safety regulations and compliance practices
- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Culinary Arts, or a related field is preferred
- Ability to work flexibly, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as required
