InTown Suites is seeking a Property Attendant to maintain a comfortable and quiet atmosphere for our guests. The role serves as the property’s emergency contact after office hours and assists guests as needed. The Property Attendant must be alert for safety and security issues and contact authorities or managers promptly.

• Patrol the property when the office is closed.
• Live on the property and be on‑call between 5 and 6 days per week as jointly determined by the Regional Operations Manager and General Manager.
• On‑Call Schedule Monday–Saturday between 7:00 PM–7:00 AM and Sunday 7:00 AM–Monday 7:00 AM.
• Immediately report any safety or security issues to the General Manager or Regional Operations Manager and contact the local authorities/emergency service providers if warranted.
• Respond and assist with minor maintenance issues, guest needs, complaints, and/or concerns in a professional and courteous manner, both in person and on the phone after office hours.
• Obtain guest list on a nightly basis to ensure only authorized guests are allowed to access rooms and the property.
• Obtain a vacant room report on a nightly basis to ensure all vacant rooms are secured.
• Establish good communication and professional relationships with property guests.
• Complete three thorough inspection rounds of the property Monday through Saturday at approximately 7:00 PM, 9:00 PM, and after midnight.
• Complete six thorough inspection rounds of the property on Sunday evenly spaced between 7:00 AM and 11:00 PM and one round after midnight.
• Document all inspection rounds and any incidents on the Property Attendant Checklist and note any issues on the Daily Action Plan for the General Manager’s investigation.
• Verify IDs to provide access to rooms for guests who become locked out, following company procedure.
• Take responsibility for ensuring the property is clean, free of trash/debris, and that all storage and employee areas are secured on a nightly basis.
• Perform other tasks assigned by supervisor and follow the on‑call schedule.

• Ability to read, understand, and interpret information in a variety of internal hotel documents.
• Ability to read, speak, and write efficiently to interact with guests and staff.
• Capability to self‑supervise and work with limited supervision.
• High school diploma preferred but not required; any combination of education, training, or experience that provides the required knowledge, skills, and abilities is acceptable.

• Indoor work on hard and carpeted surfaces.
• Work on uneven surfaces in hot, cold, and wet conditions; climb and stand on ladders up to approximately 30 feet.
• Frequent walking, standing, climbing, balancing, stooping, kneeling, bending, crouching, and/or crawling throughout the shift.
• Stand and walk for extended periods in crowded and confined spaces.
• Lifting and carrying over 50 lbs. and occasionally up to 100 lbs.
• Ability to reach with arms outstretched or overhead.
