Key Responsibilities
  • Welcome guests and complete the registration process with accuracy and professionalism
  • Communicate hotel services, amenities, promotions, and local recommendations
  • Process payments, issue room keys, and handle guest requests efficiently
  • Respond to guest inquiries and resolve any concerns with empathy and urgency
  • Maintain a polished and professional appearance and demeanor at all times

Qualifications
  • A genuine passion for hospitality and a desire to meet the needs of others in a fast-paced environment
  • Refined verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to stand for extended periods and to lift, push, or pull moderate weight
  • Previous customer service experience required; hospitality experience strongly preferred
  • Must have open availability including nights, overnights, weekends, and holidays
  • Strong service orientation with a positive attitude, professionalism, and eagerness to learn
  • Proficient in navigating computer systems and multitasking in a dynamic setting
