Overview

We are looking for a friendly and organized Host to be the first point of contact for our guests, ensuring they feel welcomed and valued. Responsibilities include managing guest relations, supporting the hospitality experience, and having a salesperson mentality, as tips are an opportunity. Responsibilities

• Greeting guests warmly and guiding them to their tables.
• Managing reservations and organizing seating.
• Assisting with menu inquiries and providing recommendations.
• Maintaining cleanliness and organization of the front area.
• Collaborating with kitchen staff for timely service.
• Addressing guest concerns professionally.
• Supporting team tasks to ensure smooth operations.

Qualifications

• Experience in food service or hospitality preferred.
• Familiarity with POS systems, especially Aloha POS, is a plus.
• Strong communication skills focused on guest service.
• Ability to work quickly and attentively.
• Positive attitude and helpful nature.
